Primary quoting specialist for hardware, software and services. Maintain business social media account. Work with internal and external resources including vendors and manufactrures. Spent a year doing the responsibilities of an assistant business analyst. This included: working with programming, project management and business analyst team to ensure proper implementation of new Production System. Test new platform, report/record any bugs, report bugs to programmers with details as to what went wrong and how it should work. Created a document for training that provided end-user step-by-step directions of how to use new program. Train internal team how to use this new platform and assist with any questions or issues users encountered during deployment. This job also included data entry, following state regulations, software testing, customer service.
