Responsible for developing and implementing an overall corporate HR strategy, managing operations budgets, as well as directly managing the HR and Operations teams; HR, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Operations.

Responsible for the delivery of processes and solutions in scope towards the PPS Centers, CoEs and HR functions. Provide support/guidance in resolution of problems, review change requests, implementation of changes, and ensure proper performance of used systems and interfaces.

• Actively identify improvements according to LEAN ways of working and drive LEAN process improvement activities in close cooperation with the team and relevant stakeholders • Meet standard productivity and KPI targets • Act as a mentor to colleagues within the organization • Support PPS Managers to drive / schedule training for new PPS team members (individual and group) • Organize cross-team training plan to maximize efficiency and experience within PPS organization • Lead PPS organization in resource review / update / creation as required • Update/ Align with PPS Managers on training progress and expectations • Work closely with PPS managers to determine gaps / improvement areas in training strategy • Track new hire feedback following first 90 days and implement changes as a result

• Provide customer service and support to Philips Employees, Managers, HR Managers, and Executives on an array of topics including, but not limited to, payroll and benefits. • Define, implement, and continuously improve standards and best practices in project management • Encourage and guide team through Kaizen activities • Maintain cross department relationships to increase communication throughout intertwining departments, support the growth of knowledge in the immediate team, and decrease case escalations • Manage collection cases/ process for money owed to Philips by Active and Terminated Employees o Maintain relationship and accounts with third party collections agency o Apply LEAN behaviors to process to increase turnaround time for identifying debt • Manage Quarterly Personal Mileage Benefit for company vehicle drivers/ Create and Standardize process o Create invoices and process for active and terminated employees o Create/ implement communication plan for active and terminated employees o Track and monitor incoming/ outstanding payments • Cross country relationship managing

• Work directly and create relationships with the Medicaid Waiver enrollee to identify goods and service requirements in order to manage a smooth transition into the community. • Conduct walk through of community living residences and assess handicap accessibility and conditions. • Accurately coordinate and schedule all deliveries for consumer goods in regards to constantly changing discharge date. • Manage all expense reports, inventory reports, and financial tracking. • Prepare Medicaid Waiver Documentation in accordance with state billing regulations • Maintain relationships and communication with multiple vendors to accurately accommodate all special care and equipment requirements needed for each consumer.

• Care for and attend to all physical, mental and emotional needs of consumer with disability. • Set up a structure and balance for daily activities and rest. • Schedule doctor's appointments, outpatient therapy sessions, and transportation. • Hire, train, and co-supervise 5 employees • Successfully advocate and implement new programs for the changing needs of the consumer.
