Selected Accomplishments: • Across tenure, has developed and implemented enhanced sourcing strategies that resulted in 2X higher volume metrics. • Cultivated strategic global partnerships to meet demand; grew relationships with agents for factories in China by 200%. • Developed first ever packaging guidelines for Jacob Ash’s internal brand, Igloos. • Established and implemented an internal testing/compliance library which contains all compliance testing and standardized regulatory procedures for Jacob Ash brands and customer brands. • Wrote manual for overseas suppliers detailing processes and procedures for shipping, packing, and labeling of products, • Drove SKU growth from 2020-present despite economic downturn, COVID-19 global pandemic, and related supply chain challenges.
