Brittany Anderson

Hi there! Brittany Anderson here! In 2012, I embraced my passion for people and cultures by teaching English in Istanbul, Turkey. This experience enriched my global perspective and sharpened my ability to connect with diverse communities. After returning to the U.S., I completed my degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University while dedicating nearly a decade to raising my family before reentering the professional sphere with remarkable success. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2019 when I founded Modest State, an interior design firm. I later co-founded Alpha Boosters, a Business Collaboration Consulting Company, where I serve as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, I have been instrumental in driving growth and fostering innovation. My strategic vision, operational expertise, and passion for building meaningful partnerships have helped establish Alpha Boosters quickly and respectfully. Beyond my professional achievements, I am heavily engaged in my community. I serve on several nonprofit boards including: OKC Philharmonic Associate Board, Collective for Children and the Reach Forward Foundation and I currently serve as the Volunteer & Sponsorship Coordinator for the Oklahoma Tribal Finance Consortium. I recently completed the 2025 J. Rufus Fears Fellowship Program and Leadership Exchange Academic through the Oklahoma State Chamber Research Foundation. I am proud to be a 2025 recipient of the Achievers Under 40 Award and named one of The Journal Records 2025 Power List: New Executives. I actively participate in organizations like Junior League of Oklahoma City, American Society of Interior Designers, Oklahoma First Ladies, Oklahoma City Young Professionals, Republican Women, and Moms for Liberty. And if that wasn’t enough, a recently was named the SSC Houston Overall Transformation Champion, after competing and winning my very first body building competition since losing 170+ lbs. My dedication to family, health advocacy, and civic service reflects my commitment to creating positive and sustainable change for a better Oklahoma, and beyond.
