About

I am currently in my third year pursuing a Ph.D in pharmaceutics at the university of Florida, where I am on three research projects under Professor Stephan Schmidt. I am also the current President for the ACCP Student Chapter at UF. In 2023 I graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. At Lehigh I was a four year member of the varsity men’s track and field team and Co-President of Cru Athletics. In the summer of 2022 I worked at ITW-EAE as a member of their design team. As well I have ungraduated research experience working closely with Professor Justin Jaworski on two different research projects. I also worked in collaboration with NASA for my capstone project to build a VTOL UAV for search and rescue purposes.

Worked with Prof. Jaworski on the problem that flexible panels can lose stability and fail when exposed to fluid flows. The prediction of this instability depends strongly on the panel properties and on the boundary conditions. This project reviewed the fundamentals of aeroelastic instability and investigated the type of stability possible for a flexible panel fixed at one end and constrained by a torsional spring.
