Field Survey & Measurement: Conducting land boundary measurements, land use mapping, and collecting coordinate point data using GPS or drones (aerial photography). Spatial Data Processing (GIS): Processing raw field data into software ArcGIS, et cetera to produce thematic maps, field vectors, and garden models. Garden Inventory & Monitoring: Monitoring garden development, conducting replanting mapping, and identifying plant and land conditions. Report & Map Creation: Preparing plantation situation maps, contour maps, and infrastructure maps (roads, airways) for management purposes. Coordination & Administration: Coordinating with local/village governments and managing permit documents related to land mapping. Area Mapping & Inventory: Generate accurate digital land boundaries, contour maps (DEM), and land area for management. Tree Census & Counting: Automatically and quickly count the number of trees (trees) for production estimation. Plant Health Monitoring: Identify diseased, nutrient deficient, or drought-affected trees using image analysis, as done in. Infrastructure Planning: Assist in the design of roads, planting blocks, and logistics routes. Work Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of planting or land preparation periodically. Forest Cover Change Monitoring: Regularly analyzing satellite imagery (e.g., Sentinel-2 or Landsat) to detect forest cover loss within and around concessions. Spatial Data Verification: Comparing satellite imagery data with the company’s Annual Work Plan (RKT) to ensure land clearing is on track.

Operational & Maintenance Management: Ensure that tenant facilities (AC, water, electricity, WiFi, and yard) are functioning properly. Tenant Management: Manage rental applications, create contracts, and handle payments. Security & Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of public areas regularly and ensure the safety of the boarding house environment. Regulation Enforcement: Supervise and reprimand residents who violate the rules. Customer Service: Respond to tenant complaints quickly and in a friendly manner. Financial Management: Keep records of expenses and income.
