Update the important alarms to priority for monitoring. Coordinate & operate handling all problems related to: BTS, BSC, NodeB, RNC… Analyze the causes & propose the solutions for troubleshooting. Daily collect & operate handling all alarms related to: BTS, NodeB. Update all information in the daily problem report. Collect data and do periodly reports by weekly/ monthly/ quarterly. Organize and summarize data and make technical reports regularly or irregularly.
