* Set new and current up as tax exempt in AS400 as tax exempt based on the proper documentation provided by the customer. * Approve new web based orders in our ICC program for tax-exempt organizations and federal agencies. * Contact customers to update all tax exemption files to be incompliance with state requirements. * Resolve issues with customers regarding short payment on invoices for sales and used tax. * Assist with State audits by preparing paperwork to present to auditors. * Approved orders and set up new accounts through our Lotus Notes database. * Obtain all required forms from customer to maintain the accuracy of the Tax Exemption Database in order to stay 100% in compliance with all state's requirements. * Handle tax issues for all 45 taxable states. * Worked with accounts for Leasing, Resale, tax exempt organizations, and Federal Government accounts. * Answered internal and external emails through our tax mail system for all tax questions and issues.
