Selected for the Project Destined Spring 2026 Investment Research Program, a competitive real estate private equity fellowship focused on institutional underwriting and investment analysis. Through live deal evaluation, discounted cash flow modeling, and investment memorandum preparation, I am strengthening my foundation in valuation and capital markets as I pursue a career in investment banking.

Successfully completed Commercial Real Estate Fundamentals Level II, Valuation through Project Destined, with a focus on advanced real estate underwriting and discounted cash flow analysis. The program strengthened my expertise in NOI modeling, cap rates, and investment return metrics, reinforcing my foundation in valuation and real asset finance as I continue pursuing a career in investment banking.

Supported the delivery of interactive educational programs and museum operations as part of the Discovery Place Kids–Huntersville Summer Apprenticeship. Assisted with the setup and facilitation of hands-on STEM and creative learning activities for children and families. Collaborated with museum educators to enhance visitor engagement, ensure exhibit readiness, and maintain a safe, inclusive, and enriching learning environment. Developed skills in education support, public engagement, and program coordination within an informal learning setting.

Selected as a volunteer through a competitive pitch process after proposing a bioengineering solution focused on hemorrhage control. Designed and presented an automated tourniquet concept integrating AI-assisted constriction to reduce blood loss in emergency settings. The project placed Top 10 statewide and involved research in biomechanics, medical device design, and clinical application. Collaborated with healthcare professionals to refine feasibility, safety considerations, and real-world use cases.

Compete at the varsity level as a middle blocker, requiring rapid decision-making, vertical explosiveness, and precise timing. Anchor the team’s net defense through effective blocking and quick offensive transitions. Contribute to offensive efficiency through fast-tempo attacks and coordinated plays with setters. Demonstrate discipline, resilience, and teamwork while balancing high academic demands with year-round training and competitive match play. Develop leadership, communication, and time-management skills in high-pressure environments while representing the school with professionalism and integrity.

Competed as a varsity basketball athlete, demonstrating strong leadership, teamwork, and discipline in a competitive athletic environment. Balanced rigorous training and academic responsibilities while contributing to team success and school representation. Collaborated with coaches and teammates to develop strategies, improve performance, and maintain a high standard of sportsmanship and commitment.

Competed as a JV Fall League basketball player, participating in structured practices, league games, and skill development sessions. Contributed to team preparation and performance while developing fundamentals, game awareness, and discipline within a competitive school athletics program.

Placed Top 10 in North Carolina in the HOSA Medical Innovation event. Developed and pitched a biomedical engineering product, an automated tourniquet designed to reduce blood loss in emergency situations. Conducted research, identified clinical needs, and created a product mockup.

Participated as a member of HOSA – Future Health Professionals, engaging in healthcare education, leadership development, and collaborative activities related to health sciences. Supported chapter initiatives and developed foundational knowledge in medicine and biomedical innovation.

Completed college level coursework through the Career and College Promise (CCP) program while enrolled at Cox Mill High School. Studied subjects including economics, statistics, sociology, and astronomy, gaining experience with college academic expectations and independent coursework.
