Responsible for installation and maintenance of power solutions provided to residential and commercial customers. Build team plan, assign tasks, and ensure adequate manpower provision to project and maintenance team. Ensure the availability of all equipment and resources needed by the technical team for project and maintenance execution. Manage accreditation and appraisal of my technical team. Design and implement the technical working process. Liaise with customer service unit to ensure escalated issues are resolved on time and to ensure customer satisfaction on provided power solutions Liaise with supply chain management and logistics personnel to ensure that all equipment and materials needed for site operations are made available on time and in good working condition. Ensure that all PAAS technical team members adhere to site safety rules and standards for record management. Manage site audits for new customers, advise on effective power solutions for such customers, and implement power solution design for interested customers. Prepare and send weekly PAAS activity reports putting in place manpower utility and daily maintenance running costs.

Liaise with the project manager on the implementation and execution of the project work plan. Coordinate and supervise the rooftop installation of 28.16kWp of solar power. Set up power Hub; installation of Power equipment and power test commissioning in line with project design work plan. Supervise and coordinate wiring network and installation of appliances which involves; shop internal wiring, power distribution wiring, and power transmission wiring. Liaise with the QA/QC team to ensure all identified flags of faulty installations are rectified and closed within the given timeline.

Organised tool box meeting every morning to discuss on adherence to safety standards and assign daily task in line with project plan Coordinate and supervise electrical contractors and OEM vendors to ensure that assigned task are carryout according to standard and to meet given deadline. Supervise and coordinate all wiring network and installation of appliance during project execution which involves; shop internal wiring, power distribution wiring and power transmission wiring.
