Led deployment, configuration, and commissioning of Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Robot Control Systems (RCS) across customer sites. Performed system validations, testing, and optimization to ensure reliable AGV performance in real world environments. Worked with 2D laser scanners and 3D LiDAR systems to support vehicle navigation, obstacle detection, and safety compliance. Diagnosed, troubleshooted, and resolved complex hardware and software issues involving AGVs, navigation systems, and fleet management platforms. Provided on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of post-deployment issues and minimizing operational downtime. Acted as a key liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, gathering detailed problem reports and translating them into actionable technical solutions. Applied project management principles to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the support lifecycle.

Helped teach Chinese oral speaking skills with Chinese students.

Conducted research on language and STEM collaboration programs at WPI’s peer and aspirational universities, including Northeastern, UMass Amherst, RPI, and Holy Cross. Collected and analyzed data on program structures, course requirements, and study-abroad components to identify best practices for international engineering education. Contacted university admissions and international offices to gather information on program design, graduation requirements, and completion outcomes. Created a visual report summarizing findings through graphs and data visualizations to support WPI’s international program development.

Managed technology in-person ensuring a smooth experience for students. Planned and maintained teaching sessions throughout the day. Studied and learned how to operate Gdevelop in-depth enough to teach students. Configured and maintained gaming software servers, and taught programming concepts and game development. Helped guide students to create their own games using GDevelop.

Helped lead a team to continue work on the mobile game called Demigod Daycare. Made sure everything was on track and maintained a product backlog. Conducted weekly sprints and helped lead the team in the right directions for the continuation of the game.
