RESPONSIBILITIES •Responsible of the overall planning and execution of investigations into possible violations of the Organisation’s Code of Conduct, company policies and processes, and relevant law. •Supervision of subordinates in terms of investigations. •Evidence gathering and analysis, conducting interviews and writing high quality reports for an audience of leaders in the organization. DUTIES 1.Assessing incoming violations; conducting interviews; gathering evidence; providing summary reports; participating in key meetings; and assisting with coordination of risk assessment and providing triage on investigation matters. 2.Ensure that investigations follow the approved process, are lawfully and objectively completed and are thorough. 3.Assist in internal inquiries and investigations dealing with compliance and ethics related matters 4.Manage the whistle blowing line and case management system 5.Support the Head Risk Control to ensure implementation of appropriate policies and procedures, support compliance training, conduct investigations and maintain a system of reporting and ensure the integrity of all compliance investigations. 6.Support the development and implementation of programs to ensure effective compliance. 7.Conduct crime and internal violations of policies trend analysis and implementation of appropriate prevention strategies to prevent recurrence. 8.Conduct crime awarenesses across the BU including harassment and sexual harassment through onboarding processes. 9.Work with key stakeholders in HR, ER, and legal to effectively manage and control relevant investigations 10.Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement corrective action and improved controls. 11.Testify in disciplinary proceedings and criminal courts. 12.Maintain business relationships and act as liaison with teams on investigation 13. Supervision of surbordinates. 14.Compile monthly reports with regards to investigations and report to HOD.
