* Provide onsite escrow and/or title support to various direct operations as they go live on SoftPro Select. * Assist direct operations with various tasks including, but not limited to, HUD/order balancing, and other related pieces of the title/closing process. * Document and report key issues to the appropriate parties so that resolution can be reached quickly for the operations. * Assist the Training team with outlining, organizing and maintaining our training outlines and all materials for public and private training classes. * Stay current on SoftPro product knowledge, closing and title industry concepts, and knowledge of integrated software products such as Crystal Reports and MS Word.

National Accounts Closer, Escrow Officer and Jr. Underwriter with the Commercial Team. Responsibilities include title examination, underwriting and closing coordination. Day-to- day responsibilities vary in the complex commercial area but to highlight a few would be assisting principals in obtaining release of liens and other encumbrances, and obtaining copies of legal documents necessary to clear title; making underwriting decisions concerning liability amounts, defects in title, making decisions concerning extended coverage and special coverages new construction and such mechanic s liens, perform direct computation of interest and prorating of taxes, hazard insurance, loan interest, rents, and other prorated items; prepare closing statements for the various parties, accounting for funds received and disbursed; recording deeds, mortgages, and other transfer instruments incident to the transaction; ensure title policies are issued in accordance with closing instructions and policies are delivered to the appropriate parties; disburse funds held in escrow.
