Leading teams within the simulation group to deliver advanced data loop and generative AI simulation to train, test, and deliver our AV 3.0 autonomous vehicle software. Using neural rendering, world simulation, and scenario generation, our solutions provide feedback and validation for reinforcement learning and delivery of end-to-end AI models.

Supported and led the Visualizations Team on our road to commercialize a level 4 automated driving system for Class 8 trucks.

- Focused on web-based solutions and solutions that utilize Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. - Led projects for state Department of Social Services (CDSS) to create custom DNN modules, deploy a custom Dynamics CRM application, and design a productivity portal for the branch in charge of food security for residents. - Part of a Federal Government migration of over 80K users from Google to M365 and was technical lead for migrating all Google Sites, Forms, and App Script Applications. - Worked with development teams in state and local government to assess and architect applications to run in Microsoft Azure including state level Department of Conservation (DOC), Department of Water Resources (DWR), Department of Parks and Recreation, and many others. Used extensive experience with business analysis, enterprise architecture, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to help create new customer offerings for Planet and guide clients through cloud migration and app modernization initiatives.

- Created solution architecture for newly formed pricing department to deliver mobile functionality that would gain a 30 million dollar increase in profit in the first year. - Led a team of functional managers through reorganization of key contributions and responsibilities for functional areas, resulting in a department-wide model for DevOps as well as a tool for defining organizational change that was later used to align the organization again for outsourcing. - Created an enterprise mobility strategy using the LeverSource methodology by interviewing multiple functional areas of the business and mapping their goals and concerns for change into an executable strategy and priority of initiatives, resulting in a roadmap for Agrium to implement its most needed initiatives for mobility.

Managed the conversion group and lead CCI's efforts to migrate customer's existing legacy data into our applications. - Created automated conversion data quality check using Oracle scripts and data requirements found in application code resulting in increased speed of conversion testing and reduced number of support requests sent from conversion team to developers.
