Brian Pan

As a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where I majored in Sociology and minored in Geography and Resource Management, my academic foundation complements my professional interests in human resources, community enhancement, and marketing. My previous experiences in Talent Management enabled me to contribute to HR enablement initiatives, applying skills in employee benefits and data analysis to support organizational goals. I was also exposed to various marketing strategies and business sustainability, sharpening my ability to analyze data and craft impactful solutions. Motivated by a passion for fostering talent and driving strategic outcomes, I aim to apply my expertise and collaborative mindset to create meaningful value for organizations and their stakeholders.
