Created/authored internal documents in relation to human resources including but not limited to the confidentiality policy and conflict of interest policy, as well as developed an internal employee information form. Further developed the current job descriptions for each position within the company, including updates to task statement and adding an area defining attributes for success. Created/updated the performance appraisal to include the attributes for success.  Created salary grids for positions within the company.

Support the Human Resource Officer and Assistant on projects as needed including updating forms, posting employment opportunities on job boards, initiating resume refusal letters, etc. Coordination and management of multiple projects across all areas of the institution. Perform daily administrative duties including but not limited to receptionist duties, account reconciliation, balancing internal accounts, adjustments, online banking maintenance. Assists with tasks directly related to all electronic banking applications (i.e.: ACH/Consumer and Commercial Banking/Remote Deposit). Completion of customer initiated ACH file transfers and log maintenance. Assist in administration of internal audit function. Create reports through analytical software as requested from all bank departments.
