Acted as a trusted internal consultant to the Insurance, Risk, and Retail/Commercial Banking Divisions, providing strategic HR guidance and coaching to mid-level through executive leadership.

Oversaw all human resource functions and training team for the entire US plant site. Responsibilities included but not limited to recruitment and separation handling, employee relations, employee benefits, safety and compliance, leave management, and coordinating employee training program.

Responsible for all Human Resource functions including full cycle recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, leave management, and the administration of all HR programs.
