In my current role, I'm responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and security of Zamtel network infrastructure, consistently achieving high uptime. This includes managing external network connections and leading multi-vendor deployment projects from selection through commissioning to enhance network routing and resilience. I also spearhead root-cause investigations for critical incidents and ensure stakeholders are well-informed through comprehensive performance analyses and strategic recommendations.

Managed network performance and capacity planning across all segments (core, transmission/IP, and RAN). Established and enforced key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) across operations and maintenance teams. Implemented automated network performance solutions, such as real-time monitoring and automated alerts, significantly cutting down on manual adjustments.

Scoped, designed, and deployed customized ICT solutions for enterprise clients, managing projects from initial requirements to proof of concept (POC) and handover. Collaborated with sales teams to develop technical proposals and secure contracts.

Responsible for coordinating all network processes with regard to event/incident & change management, using available tools & team resources to achieve high network availability, performance and customer quality of service.
