Responsible for leading Blue Foundry’s financial modeling, including budgeting, strategic planning, profitability analysis and other transactional analysis. Additionally, I work closely with senior leaders of the organization to provide insight into key trends and performance indicators, refine strategy, and communicate financial results.

Spearheaded forecasting and analytics for a $7 billion annual expense base covering Citi's technology (hardware, software, applications), infrastructure, and managed real estate to deliver budgets, monthly outlooks and Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR).

Led Citi Holdings global balance sheet management team encompassing balance sheet, revenue, and M&A forecasting and analytics for budgets, CCAR, and monthly outlooks, and developed presentation materials for executive management reviews. Additionally, I established and fostered cross functional relationships to develop and implement models, review methodologies, and project financial performance, concluding with a successful submissions of Citi Holdings CCAR results.

Managed balance sheet and M&A forecasting and analytics for all financial forecasts and led preparation of presentation materials covering these work streams. I also analyzed and reported on Citi Holdings equity, gains on sale, and P&L exposures to foreign exchange rates. Additionally, I streamlined numerous processes resulting in greater accuracy and team efficiencies.

Analyzed balance sheet and M&A for all financial forecasts and provided senior decision support through standardized and ad hoc analysis.

Assisted the Treasurer with daily tasks related to asset and liability management, liquidity, investment strategies, and research. Additionally, I provided senior executive support, including budgeting, M&A forecasting, peer analytics, and other transactional analysis.
