As Chief Technology Officer at BIPO, I lead our global product and engineering organization—spanning over 210+ team members across Singapore, Indonesia, China, Malaysia and beyond. My focuses include setting BIPO’s technology vision and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s aspiration to be the #1 HR tech and service provider in APAC. I focus on architecting scalable platforms and AI-driven solutions that power our suite of global HR products—from Employer of Record to HCM SaaS and multi-country payroll. A key part of my role is enabling AI not only as a client-facing differentiator, but also as a force multiplier for internal efficiency, automation, and operational excellence.
