I'm Briana! I specialize in early talent and campus recruitment, helping students and grads navigate that exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) leap from the classroom to the workplace. With a foundation in storytelling, I aim to make recruitment feel less transactional and more human, because every career starts with a conversation. With a degree from McMaster’s Integrated Business and Humanities program and a background in communications, I’ve built a career that combines strategy, empathy, and creativity.
