Responsible for eliciting and documenting claim processing/support business and functional requirements for a corporate wide transformation project. Working with various members of the business to document current and future state process models/maps. A liaison between the business and IT to support project needs in regards to requirements, uses cases, process maps, concept diagrams and other various suporting documents. Translating current desk level procedures (DLP) and standard operating procedures (SOP) into use cases that supports the project and builds foundation for analysis of current processes to improve efficiency. Requirement management and reporting to various constituents and vendors across the organization. Working with EDI analyst to interpret and translate gateway requirements into business and functional requirements. Working with a team of business/Requirements analyst to improve and standardize requirement and workflow documentation within the organization.

As a lead business analyst, my job is to partner with various business stakeholders to understand their vision and strategy on key enterprise initiatives. I support the requirement analysis and implementation of IT projects through user story definition, process mapping and refinement. I mentor other business analyst and establish documentation and eliciting standards across projects.

Responsible for system testing and analysis of more than 107,000 + members. Through multiple system upgrades and conversions, fully implemented 4 large scale corporate wide projects. Acted as the lead enrollment and reconciliation tester to document and test more than 5000 test cases in a 2 month period. Also responsible for training and interdepartmental communication to staff of system upgrades. Serve as department representative for multi-resource projects in an effort to communicate business requirements and troubleshoot problems. Participate in JAD sessions to convey and document business requirements. Serve as the liaison between the business and the IT department to ensure successful implementation of system updates.
