Performed inspections of electrical heat trace, conduit, cable, terminations and equipment, instrument installations, testing and ASME tubing welds, Mechanical ASME pipe welds, and AWS structural welds for all.

Oversight of numerous individual GPS Satellite launches with a shared responsibility over assembly, test and execution.

Inspected cable installations, mechanical & soldered terminations, conduit and raceway, various components & instruments. Assigned to Startup Testing for the Emergency Feedwater, Diesel, Control Room Data, and Offsite Power systems analysis.

Performed vendor and subcontractor audits and source inspections for both NASA and Air Force Space Shuttle contracts. Inspections included Clean Room, Cryogenics, Electrical cable, terminations and equipment installations, instrument installations, tubing welds, non-destructive testing and flight simulations. Traveled to vendors throughout the USA to perform audits and supervised installations at east and west coast launch facilities as well as installation and maintenance inspections of individual shuttle vehicle and sub-systems .

Planner oversight and creation of work order packages. Duties include scheduling work, system clearances, manpower and cost control, design input, procurement part evaluations. Perform ASME & AWS weld inspections, direct installations, supervise tests and system restorations. Interface directly w/ the Station Manager and Director, Operation Director, Shift Manager & Foreman; Maintenance Director and Managers; Engineering Director and Managers; Planning Manager, Planning Supervisors, Chemistry, RP., Safety, and others. Assigned supervision role to oversee electrical and instrumentation contractors work as the utility owner/client representative - for DCPP Projects of I.S.F.S.I. Dry Cask Storage Facility, Steam Generator Replacements, and Reactor Head Replacements.

Prepared Electrical Estimates – included design of PG&E 12 Kv and 650-Volt & lower Service. Estimated pole-mount, pad-mount and subsurface equipment - capacitors, regulators, switches, transformers, fuses / poles, framing, guys and anchors. Underground vaults, pads, enclosures, conduit, trenching. Calculated pole dead-end, load and line strain. Calculated ampacity, voltage drop, flicker, wire sag, wire/equip clearances. Calculated cable pull tensions, designed conduit routes, verified easements and Underground System grade requirements. Create design packages (estimates ) detailing utility/customer needs in work package form. Included drawings, notes, parts/assembly instructions, labor details, inspections, clearances, right-of-ways as needed. Planned material and manpower. Detailed the CPUC Electric Service Tariffs /created executable legal contracts and billing - explaining details to applicant. Supervised estimators, assigned work and performed reviews in the capacity of an Associate Distribution Engineer (A.D.E.).
