* Sales training including selling fundamentals, computer-assisted selling and intranet use, customer awareness and service satisfaction. * Management training including leadership skill development for efficient tire and wheel service. * Technology and technician training including a core program where learning the aspects of tire and wheel manufacturing, terminology, industry standards and safety. * Safely perform every task related to mounting and installing tires and wheels. * Inventory management training including physical and computer-based inventory methods for efficiently receiving, storing and selling tires, wheels and accessories.

Drive customers vehicle onto hoist or jack in preparation for removing wheels from vehicle or fitting new tire to wheel. Follow established processes in performing Goodyear's standardized Vehicle Maintenance Inspection. Meets all standards for Alignment Techs including ASE Certified in steering and suspension, ability to repair vehicles under MAP guidelines and ability to diagnosis and correct alignments. Uses Protective Safety Equipment when operating machine and manual working tools and ensuring that the environment is safe for self and for other associates working. Completes training assignments and performs work the Goodyear Way. Observes safety and liability guidelines and policies. Performs all duties of the General Maintenance Technician (GMT) and General Service (GS) positions while maintaining a clean and professional workplace. Meets all standards for Automotive Technicians including experiences in brakes, lube and oil filter, transmission service, alignment, computer systems diagnosis, tune up, brake systems and steering and suspension.
