Dedicated Advocate for Underprivileged and Homeless Children I am the founder of Muiembe Youth Focus (MUYOFO) and the Executive Director of Africa Hope Health Foundation (AHHF), two organizations deeply committed to uplifting the lives of underprivileged and homeless children in Kenya. With a passionate focus on Maua town, my hometown, I have dedicated my life to creating a brighter future for the most vulnerable members of our society. My Journey Growing up in Maua, I witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by homeless children. These experiences fueled my determination to make a difference. I established MUYOFO to provide a safe haven for abandoned or orphaned children, ensuring they receive the care, education, and support they need to thrive. At AHHF, we focus on providing essential healthcare services to underprivileged communities, addressing both immediate health needs and long-term wellness. Our Mission At MUYOFO, our mission is to transform the lives of homeless and underprivileged children through education, empowerment, and economic support. We believe every child deserves a chance to reach their full potential, regardless of their background. Our programs provide shelter, nutritional meals, educational opportunities, and mentorship, helping children build a foundation for a successful future. Health and Well-being The health and well-being of these children are paramount. Through AHHF, we address critical health issues such as cancer by providing access to medical care, vaccinations, and health education. Our goal is to ensure that every child we reach can grow up healthy and strong, free from preventable diseases and with access to the care they need. I am also deeply committed to climate advocacy. The impacts of climate change disproportionately affect vulnerable communities, exacerbating issues such as food insecurity and health problems. By promoting sustainable practices and raising awareness about the importance of environmental stewardship, we strive to create a healthier planet for future generations.
