Guided releases from development to production for two of the company’s largest networks, using in-house release management tools, third-party corporate-wide software, and tools written locally to help successfully deploy software with as few issues as possible.

Managed the entire computer infrastructure, both Windows and Linux systems; wrote test software for customer hardware designs using third-party soft core processors.

Re-designed and enhanced an automated nightly software build system which runs on multiple machines and OS configurations, and distributes the resulting software to the company’s remote offices for testing. Added more functionality to base system software to support new features under development. Revised and added new fields to the defect tracking system used by Engineering and Customer Support.

Performed varied duties, such as software installation, phone callbacks, assisting with fundraisers.

Oversaw the company-wide computing infrastructure, locally and internationally.

Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of many EDA software programs, database and utilities, as well as software configuration and release management environment.

Developed and implemented the programs used to create the distribution of the company’s software and documentation, in addition to management of the local computing infrastructure and software development environment.

Designed and implemented a database, software tools and methods which allowed hardware designers to significantly reduce the time and cost of hardware verification using DFT.
