Building Teams! - Head of business operations (250 local staff/250 staff offshore) for Ireland - Valuations, Investor Services and Financial Reporting departments. - Senior member of the executive management team responsible for setting, controlling and implementation of strategy for the location. - Core responsibility for service delivery to 60+ clients in a multi-domiciled fund environment, including; financial reporting, legal, compliance and R&C matters. - Responsible for department level budgeting and financials.

Scaling a New Location - Senior executive, general manager and head of operations (850+ staff) for the Poland site. - Core responsibility for service delivery to 8 European State Street sites. - Responsible for 10 operational functions, including NAV production, financial reporting and security valuations. - Responsible for setting, controlling and implementation of operational strategy for the site. - Responsible for site level operational risk mgmt., budgeting and financials. - Key leader/contributor to the establishment of State Street’s first European off-shore Centre of Excellence.
