Analyze ridership and costs by time of day to ensure adequate service is provided to students and to determine if service can be changed at certain times of the day. Used data to adjust service hours of various transit routes. -Expanded the Twitter and Facebook profiles of Parking and Transportation Services to provide timely updates on parking changes, construction, road closures, transit changes, and other useful information. -Scheduled 17 drivers to drive university operated transit routes and university special events. Ensured that the schedule equitably distributed time to each driver, and kept all drivers under required maximum hours. -Managed airport shuttles for university breaks carrying 350+ students one way to or from the airport. Coordinated with shuttle drivers and airport parking authorities to ensure safe and efficient shuttle operation. Coordinated with students though an online ridesharing site.
