• Researcher in the Collaborative Haptics and Robotics in Medicine (CHARM) Lab • Conducted multi-month user interviews with 15 patients to evaluate wearable vibrotactile stimulation devices for hand and arm rehabilitation after stroke • Designed experiments to measure specific vibration frequencies in elbow from vibrotactile rehabilitation glove worn on hand using high-resolution accelerometer, Excel, and MATLAB • Organized hundreds of hours of user interview videos and data into REDCap

• Planned and conducted testing to support calibration of powertrains in the areas of combustion, emissions control/OBD, fuel economy, driveability, and electrification • Investigated powertrain issues of Mercedes-Benz U.S. vehicle fleet utilizing MATLAB, FiNAS, and various vehicle diagnostic tools (INCA, DTS Monaco, Vediamo Ecoute, Diagmera) • Authored technical reports for internal viewing as well as for a wide, global audience using MS Office Products • Researched and generated new Durability Fleet Testing KPI to track operational efficiency with service providers and determine next best courses of action • Self-taught and utilized Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to create tools for expedited data processing and report generation

• Performed conservation projects in several of Utah's public lands including Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Break National Monument, North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, and others • Projects included trail construction and maintenance, invasive species removal, habitation restoration, fence installation/repair, dry and wet stone masonry, forest management, and fire fuels reduction • Worked under the guidance of professional mentors within ACE as well as staff from the National Park Service, US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, US Fish and Wildlife Service, and other stewards of the United States' public and tribal lands
