Brian Kochan joined Berkeley Point Capital LLC in 2001. As an Originator in the Bethesda Office, Mr. Kochan’s primary responsibilities include originating multifamily loans nationwide. Mr. Kochan has experience structuring loans under various agency loan programs including fixed rate, variable rate, seniors housing, student housing, tax exempt bonds, credit facilities, and supplementals. Until June 2006, Mr. Kochan held the position of Freddie Mac Product Manager for two years and prior to then was a Senior Underwriter/Team Leader, managing a seven-person team responsible for the screening, processing, underwriting, and delivery of multifamily loans under the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs.
