My role involves steering the success of a diverse portfolio comprising over 100 artisanal brands and handmade products from Africa. I meticulously oversee and ensure their quality, compliance, and sustained growth within the marketplace. Moreover, I actively seek out and foster connections with new artisanal brands from Africa, facilitating their entry into international markets and fostering enduring and impactful relationships. Collaborating with the projects team at PBP, I am deeply involved in initiatives aimed at empowering artisans and small-scale maker brands, with the overarching goal of making a profound and sustainable impact on their craftsmanship and livelihoods. I am passionate about leveraging technology and fostering meaningful relationships to create opportunities for artisans and propel the handmade sector to new heights.
