* End to end support of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Enterprise Backup and IBM FastBack for remote offices and warehouses. * Installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor support and day to day operations running on AIX6.2 * Including TSM Fastback running on Windows 2008 R2 * Support TSM for Windows and AIX clients. Fastback for Windows Servers. * Develop roll out plan for TSM FastBack for 40+ remote sites nationwide * Write step by step process documents for installation of FastBack servers and clients. * Build training material to educate remote site personnel in using Fastback and how to restore lost or corrupted data. * Conduct Fastback training to remote site personnel via webinars and answer any questions that may arise.

* Experienced in a variety of Unix systems including: Linux (Enterprise & Suse), Solaris, AIX & MP-Ras * Supporting 500+ servers globally * Install base OS, and any packages/patches needed for provisioning of new servers * Provide regular status updates to our vendors to address ongoing issues, concerns and ideas * Troubleshoot any Unix OS issues that may arise in accordance with their SLA and business impact. * Assist in support of VMWare, deploying new virtual servers, building new templates and tuning server settings * Perform filesystem restores from Net-Backup environment in the event of data corruption or data loss. * Provide tier 3 pager support to fix any off hour issues that may arise
