I develop, optimize, and scale technologies within biotech and Power-to-X — with hands-on experience from lab to full-scale implementation. My strengths lie in experimental design, process understanding, and bridging technical depth with practical execution. I enjoy taking part in everything from early-stage idea development to real-world implementation — and helping others navigate the technical details along the way. I work across the full development chain — from early ideas and lab experiments to pilot operation and industrial application. I'm especially skilled at designing and running lab and pilot-scale tests, analyzing data, and identifying what truly drives performance. A key achievement in my career has been leading the development of a biological methanation process from lab scale to full-scale implementation. Im also experienced in IP strategy (incl. identifying and managing), technical evaluations, and helping teams align around complex technical topics. I'm often the go-to person when complex details need to be translated into clear insights — whether for engineers, managers, or partners.

Primary role in the R&D department, with responsibility for developing new technologies and improving existing ones – primarily within sulfur removal and biological methanation. My role spans a wide range of tasks, including managing IP (from application to maintenance), designing and running lab and pilot-scale experiments, writing technical documentation, and evaluating and comparing new and existing solutions. I’m also involved in a broad range of research-related activities across projects. Overall, I'm deeply imvolved in both hands-on development and broader research activities.
