 Lead Lean supply chain & logistics solution (specifically in Auto/semiconductor/high tech industry), proposal design and RFQ response  Lead project team to complete supply chain optimization proposal (S&OP process and distribution network renovation) for customers with significant benefit. ( Schaeffler China logistics network optimization –10% cost saving, production Line feeding solution for a famous auto plant – 20% capacity improvement)  Lead Facility procurement & layout design and operation implementation. Improve warehouse operation efficiency, transportation utilization

o Oversea working experience in Detroit MI : working scope is including Lean logistics solution design for GM Lansing Plant and Chrysler OH Plant (including Milk Run routing design, inbound warehouse layout improvement, warehouse and production line side inventory level optimization, etc.)

o Production line capacity/ productivity monitoring and report. Production gap closure with engineering team. Optimize the production line constrain design through TOC & improve machine utilization ( Lot size , in line buffer increasing). o Support production machine reuse from global plant in Malaysia & Costa Rica to avoid capacity shortage, Layout optimization to meet Maximum capacity (improve Unit per square meter per week by 5% which avoid trigger 18 M USD investment for new product line) and EHS requirement;
