Utilizing my 20+ years of Procurement and Supply Chain management experience to provide targeted cost optimization and procurement-related services. Services offered include; researching and analyzing the supply marketplace, developing business requirements, and managing supplier relationships in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and managing and negotiating supply agreements across all commodities and complexity. I help implement any new agreements that result and lay the foundation for ongoing, world-class category management.

Provide strategic management and procurement strategies which generate cost savings and ensure timely delivery of materials. Direct all procurement efforts with an annual spend in excess of $300MM annually. Responsible for providing direction and challenging current business practices in an effort to become a world class procurement department.

Direct all purchasing operations for a multi-location manufacturing corporation with revenues in excess of $1 billion annually. Manage and supervise eight direct and six in-direct employees tasked with meeting material requirement plans; establish key performance metrics and benchmarks; measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management. Purchasing responsibilities include: energy, chemicals and raw materials exceeding $300MM annually.

Responsible for managing corporate contracts ($150MM annually), covering all aspects of pulp and paper manufacturing and converting. Collaborate on a daily basis with individual sites to assure contract and policy compliance while maintaining organizational and supplier relationships. Work with all locations regarding capital purchasing, budgets and economic forecasts for raw materials. Completed initial SCM opportunity assessment for senior management by visiting each location and making recommendations on best practices. Led the development and implementation of Supply Chain strategies for Wausau-Mosinee Paper Corporation resulting in savings opportunities in excess of $6MM in the first eighteen months.

Responsible for the development, implementation and management of innovative logistics programs that created a strategic advantage for Graham Professional. Managed the procurement of; MRO, storeroom, office supplies, services and capital equipment for Graham Professional. Responsible for the negotiation and procurement of; raw materials, chemicals, packaging, electrical, PVF and storeroom operations at the Shawano Mill.
