I have spent a good amount of time in the home improvement industry with Ace Hardware and Builder's Square (a Home Depot competitor). I spent 19 fabulous years with the REI co-op, serving in the role as Flagship General Manager and Regional Manager, Mid-Atlantic. I have spent the last 3 years as a General Manager for Public Lands and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
