Ran a city-wide campaign for the Office of District Attorney

Managed approximately one hundred complex litigation cases for various insurance companies including the CAT fund and PIGA from notice of complaint to verdict or settlement in Federal and State Courts, encompassing every aspect of pleadings, discovery, pre-trial and trial. Tried to verdict approximately one dozen jury cases, all resulting in defense verdicts.

Trial, Juvenile, and Law Division; prosecuted countless criminal defendants in both bench and jury trials (over 100 major felony jury trials) from the misdemeanor, major felony, and homicide divisions (2010-2012); researched and wrote appeals to the Superior Court to further secure convictions concerning major felony and homicide cases. Successfully prosecuted the “Center City Jogger Murderer,” in a highly publicized and legally significant trial for aggravated assault securing a 25 year sentence for that conviction. Successfully prosecuted a mother/defendant for the murder of her newborn, unwanted child. This was the first attempted murder prosecution by the District Attorney’s Office of Philadelphia County in almost twenty years and came several years prior to the subsequent ubiquitous mother/defendant prosecutions for similar actions. Secured convictions in the Superior Court against Cop-Killer Daniel Colon and against Frederick Thomas, A.K.A. the Fed-Ex Murderer

GOSNELL ABORTION CLINIC: Led a local and federal investigation into the illegal sale/trafficking of narcotics via prescription by a doctor operating multiple facilities in and outside of Pennsylvania. After months of investigation utilizing C/I; controlled buys; and, consentualizations, numerous search warrants were executed at the target's place of business and home yielding hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and multiple arrests. This investigation led to a grand jury investigation causing the target's arrest for multiple counts of homicide and RICO violations, ultimately resulting in his conviction for numerous counts of First Degree Murder.
