I was at Davidson College as a Visiting Professor of Printmaking, teaching intaglio, lithography, and drawing for a one year appointment. The intaglio lab is equipped with with two Takach etching presses (34" x 64"), one Conrad Machine (36" x 54"). The lithography lab has two Takach lithography presses (36" x 60"), and one Griffin of the same size. The amenities there were incredible. The best part of this college other than the people here, is that they cap their classes at 11 students. It's almost a private class. Sweet! I overhauled the two printmaking labs to get them up to professional printing level of operation, and dialed in the already great equipment and facilities.

Taught Intro to print-media, lithography, and advanced lithography. Was responsible for entire redesign to lithography studio. 2008 Board of Trustees Excellence in Teaching Award recipient. Eight of my former MICA students attended The Tamarind Institute of Lithography. I am very proud of them. In the summer of 2009,, I was respectable for teaching a four week course in relief printmaking in Venice, Italy. During that time, myself and three other colleagues took 15 students to see the Venice Biennale and experience art from around the world.

I went to graduate school at UMBC. For some of my duties as a student, I reevaluated the print lab, and made major changes to the space. This included making new table, rearranging the lab, and fixing printing presses.

Taught Intaglio, Lithography, Screen Printing, and Relief Printmaking from intermediate to advanced levels.

After a year of planning, Bill Fick and I have formed Supergraphic LLC, a collaborative printshop that caters to artist who wish to realize their work in print/multiple form. With over 45 years of combined experience, we are capable of guiding artist through the process of printmaking in a verity of techniques. Combining my former shop, Litho Shop in Baltimore, MD. with Bill's Supergraphic in Durham, NC, we now have double the equipment, contacts, and connections to be a more powerful force on the East coast. We will publish, contract print, and facilitate projects with artist, galleries, and corporations.
