This help increase moral and revenue while reducing employee turn-over.

As Distribution Sales Manager of LSC Environmental Products, I work closely with out national and international distributors to ensure they are well trained on all of our proprietary erosion and dust control products. I build relationships with these partners so that we can collectively help engineers, contractors and regulatory agencies achieve the best results for their construction or re-vegetation projects. While building trust in our company and our products I have been able to help these customers be quality stewards of the land, ensuring clean water quality, erosion and dust mitigation and permit sign off. Hundreds of customers depend on our brand of products each year. Thousands of acres each year rely on our flagship product, EarthGuard Fiber Matrix, for soil stabilization, turbidity control and vegetative success. Our distributors are on the front line of this service and I am proud of the quality list of distributors we have partnered with. I work with each of them to ensure that the world is aware that we are there to help in their construction needs.
