As a Vice President, I am responsible for the origination, underwriting, marketing, and closing of commercial real estate debt and equity through a variety of capital providers including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, correspondent life insurance companies, conduit lenders, commercial banks and credit unions. Since joining NorthMarq Capital, I have underwritten and closed approximately $1 billion of conventional multi-family, senior housing, industrial, and retail debt and equity transactions nationwide. My production focuses on conventional market rate multi-family, senior housing, and small balance multi-family transactions.
