Handle and process to complete loan transactions (bilateral & syndication loan) including disbursement, repayment, rollover, reversal and refund in accordance with the establish processing/control procedures, operating Delegation of Authorization and service standards. Create/delete/maintain details of loans in systems in accordance with approved terms. Handle and respond to inquiries/request from internal/external parties /customers on service and loan processing of related matters. Give suggestion for streamlining operational procedures, increasing productivity, enhancing operational control, achieving resource utilization (for surge of volume) continuously. Adhere and comply with the rules, guidelines, and regulatory requirement of the Bank, HKMA, MAS, etc pertaining to the operations. Escalate exceptional/outstanding/suspicious transactions to unit/section manager and other relevant parties where appropriate for necessary action per Incident Management Policy. Support system enhancement for various systems to perform user acceptance tests, live verification, drill tests, etc. Support the preparation of periodic performance, productivity, risk matrix reporting to management. Handle general clerical task, such as scanning of documents, reconciling of work done, filing, etc.
