Responsible for acquiring new clients and negotiating contracts, working trade shows, creating trade show schedule, building trade show booths, following up with distributor clients, creating and sending email marketing campaigns, phone calls, office appointments, creating excel files.

Responsible for conducting research and drafting summaries on defendants in litigation. Responsible for reading depositions and pulling relevant testimony from depositions. Responsible for drafting court documents such as Motions for Summary Judgment and Statements of Positions for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey Courts. Duties included updating and maintaining personal files and providing exposure dates to our New York City office for settlement purposes.

Responsible for conducting in person and phone interviews and meetings with potential and existing clients. Communicated with medical providers, insurance providers, police departments as well as civil and criminal courts to obtain medical, legal and insurance records. Duties included updating and maintaining personal injury and criminal case files.

Interned in the membership sales department, sold membership and discussed benefits with potential and existing clients. Interned in the marketing and retention department, worked on various accounts, retained clients and sent marketing campaigns to existing and potential clients.

Attended campaign meetings, strategy meetings and placed phone calls on behalf of Michael Nutter's reelection campaign.
