Duties include: Schedule maintenance on properties managed by firm based on the needs of tenants and owners, market properties for owners and locate tenants for them, file and create various reports including: Make ready reports, property viewing activity reports, owner billing reports, and active leasing reports, assisting the owner in creating and filing contracts involved with property management agreements, assisting the bookkeeper in collecting rent, billing owners and tenants for property maintenance, and maintaining records of various checks and invoices that are in transit to and from the business.

In addition to the subject matter from the Chaffey position, tutored Finance courses specializing in calculating Net Present Value, Yield to Maturities, and Weighted Average Cost of Capital. Became a certified College Reading and Learning Association(CRLA) level one tutor at this position due to work experience, completing required coursework, and time spent tutoring students.

Currently duties include: Maintain and upgrade inventory system for vehicles, clerical duties, perform scheduled maintenance on vehicles on the lot, assist the owner in locating new inventory via wholesaler auctions, deliver and pick up inventory at other car dealerships in the area, advertise newly acquired vehicles both to vendors and customers, uploading photographs of newly acquired vehicles online, and recording purchase and reconditioning costs on current inventory.

Specialized in Business Law tutoring(contracts, negligence, warranties, product liability, forms of business, intentional torts, etc). Students who visited me for private tutoring had a 90% pass rate for their Business Law classes(compared to the 45% rate of those that did not visit me). Also tutored in both Reading and Accounting (Managerial and Financial) when understaffed. Created workshops, study groups, and performed clerical duties when understaffed.
