With over 23 years of experience in education, I am currently the Superintendent of Schools for the School Town of Munster, a district that serves over 4,000 students and 500 staff members in NW Indiana. I have extensive experience and knowledge in educational leadership, teacher training, and technology-enhanced learning. My core competencies include strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and instructional improvement. My mission is to provide high-quality education for all students and support the professional growth and well-being of all staff members.
