As a consultant and team leader, he interviewed, hired, trained, and managed over 150 employees within the first year and led a team of 3 Sales Managers, 7 Supervisors, 2 Team Leads, and 140 inside sales reps. Through his training tactics and aggressive approach towards corporate development, Brent cultivated an effective and efficient sales team, generating annual sales of over $10,000,000 during his tenure and established TRU Media as an industry leader in the online marketing space.

Through a coveted mentorship with the top producer in the entire MRI network, Brent worked with the highest producing team for the highest producing branch out of 1,100 offices, setting numerous company records for placements and billing dollars for new hires within their first year of employment. A designated as team lead, he worked one-on-one with all new hires on processes and procedures for success, leading to extensive corporate growth and increased revenue generation. His experiences led to specialized knowledge in the Construction industry, providing Brent with the necessary tools to become a trusted leader in the space.

During the height of his Enterprise tenure, Brent managed an office of 32 employees at one of the largest branches in the entire state of Arizona, with responsibilities in marketing, accounting, fleet operations, sales, hiring, and training. Under his leadership, this branch ranked #2 for the entire Western Region in 2003 in profit margin.
