Lead a diverse and talented team of skilled professionals in the areas of data center services, database administration, enterprise monitoring, backups, and many more critical infrastructure roles. Manage new implementations, process improvements, production incidents, and maintenance activities, while also managing customer and vendor relationships.

Ensure the stability and continuity of data center services to continually provide value to St. Luke’s Health System and our patients. Actively participate in infrastructure leadership to develop efficient, consistent processes and organizational tactics to effectively support multiple applications on multiple compute environments. Perform supervision of the 24/7 NOC team spanning multiple data centers in an ever-expanding scope of technical responsibilities.

Site liaison between the Idaho Lottery customer and GTECH. Served as the lead technical resource at the Idaho site and managed the operations of the data center on a daily basis. Supervised the Idaho data center staff while implementing ITIL practices to build an effective, streamlined operation. Managed all local aspects of the primary data center relocation from Boise, Idaho, to Austin, Texas, resulting in reduced operational costs and high customer satisfaction.
