Project was a 36k square foot 96 bed facility that included 10 isolation cells, master control, dispatch, booking, kitchen, and a sheriff's office. Responsibilities included submittals, RFIs, RFPs, estimates, change orders, material tracking, MEP Coordination, and managing the budget through SAP.

Anne Frank Inspire Academy (San Antonio, TX) -- 01/17/2013 - 05/05-2013 Superintendent for the initial phases of the Anne Frank Inspire Academy project. Responsibilities included managing the site clearing, grubbing, building the foundation pad, underground MEP, and beginnings of concrete. Bexar County Detention Center (San Antonio, TX) -- 06/012/2011 - 01/17/2013 -- Superintendent in charge of $36m Air Handler Renovation at Bexar County Adult Detention Center. Renovation consisted of replacing 76 Air Handlers inside of an occupied detention facility, adding a chill tower, adding new recreation yard roofs, re-roofing the entire structure, and a renovation to the county's Low Risk Inmate Facility.

Brazos County Adult Detention Center (Bryan, TX) -- 01/29/2009 - 06/12/2011 -- Managed Submittals, RFIs, Closeout, Warranty, and 3rd Party Envelope Testing for $46m Brazos County Adult Detention Center Project in Bryan, TX. Also coordinated warranty claims during the 1 year warranty period for the project.
