Over the past 25+ years, I’ve grown technical sales teams, repositioned product lines, built $100M+ pipelines, and led full commercial turnarounds. My experience includes scaling a robotics platform at SAMES (~$20M → $50M), growing a PE-backed automation integrator from $6M to $30M, and rearchitecting IMI into a modern field-installation business serving OEMs and Tier 1s. I’ve worked hands-on with robotics, controls, and sealing/dispense systems across Auto OEM, Tier 1, and heavy industrial markets—leading complex solution sales that bridged engineering, operations, and executive buyers.
