I have been conducting private research related to oil and gas technologies since 2000. I filed a patent application with the USPTO and an application with the European Registrar of Patents. This patent technology is being stolen before my eyes. I can't seem to find anyone to help me fight for it. Can anyone help me? Does anyone know a legal malpractice attorney who specializes in patent law?
