Robotics Architecture: Full-stack development of autonomous robotic platforms, bridging developmental simulation with physical firmware/PCB realities. Executive Advisory: Translating complex technical paradigms (Python/CUDA, Edge Computing) into risk-managed roadmaps for stakeholders on request. Technical Communication: Producing high-level technical analysis to guide engineering culture and industry standards.

Architected the technical foundation for a persistent, high-fidelity spatial computing platform ("The Real Metaverse"). Core Engineering: Led the implementation of Unreal Engine 5 workflows for photo-realistic digital twins and avatar persistence. Interoperability: Designed programmable interfaces to allow creators to port assets across varied virtual environments, focusing on data persistence and cross-platform currency logic. Scale: Addressed the "Grand Challenges" of massive concurrent user bases and real-time 3D rendering optimization.

A great little project to explore the application of photo-realistic avatars in the metaverse, connected to real time messaging. My role involved the research and subsequent development of proofs of concept solutions in Unreal Engine 4 & 5, demonstrating real time web control capabilities inclusive of enterprise security and 3rd party platform management.

Designed and launched a SaaS platform focused on mitigating risks in remote and hybrid workforce management. Led the full product lifecycle from concept to pilot deployment. Validated product-market fit and secured initial B2B customers for the beta launch.

Iridium Systems and Robotics Corporation (ISR) is an R&D organisation exploring future technologies including robotics and cognitive artificial intelligence.

Recruited to lead digital transformation and technical risk reduction for one of the world's largest professional services firms (55,000+ employees). Strategic Leadership: Directed the regional transition from legacy on-premise infrastructure to modern cloud-based tooling, significantly reducing IT business risk. Managing large vendor procurement programs. Emerging Tech (R&D): As Digital Lead, I operationalized "Future Emerging Technologies" (FET), integrating mass data management infrastructure, Advanced Visualization and real time communications into traditional engineering workflows. Change Management: Managed the friction of digital adoption across diverse engineering teams, ensuring new tools delivered ROI rather than just novelty.

Create Space London is an exciting hub of activity supporting artist, crafts people, makers and Startup businesses. It has two locations in Wembley. The charity provides space and facilities to help those, wanting to help themselves by making things happen, rather than just talk about it. I enjoy spending time with the many varied people that go to both the spaces, hearing about their plans, seeing them iterate and improve on their products, designs and ideas. My role as a Trustee is to ensure the charity is working towards its charitable aims. This task is made easier by the dedication and commitment of the founding members that run the spaces on a daily basis.
